Level 5 Advanced National Diploma in Accounting

Objectives:

Successful candidates have the opportunity to advance to higher-level qualifications, such as the LMQ Level 5 Advanced National Diploma in Accounting or the LMQ Level 5 Advanced National Diploma in Business Management. Since this qualification is equivalent to Level 4 on the QCF/RQF framework, candidates are also eligible for direct entry into the second year of bachelor’s degree programs.

Entry Requirements:

This qualification is standalone but comes with specific entry requirements. Applicants must possess one of the following:

  • LMQ Level 4 Advanced National Diploma in Accounting,
  • A Level 4 or higher qualification listed on the UK’s NQF or QCF,
  • SCQF Level 4 or 5 in Business Management or relevant national qualification awards at SCQF or
  • An overseas qualification deemed equivalent to a UK Level 4 qualification (or higher) as assessed by UK NARIC.

Progression:

Successful candidates have extensive opportunities to advance to higher-level qualifications, including the LMQ Level 6 Graduate Diploma in Management. Since this qualification is equivalent to Level 5 on the QCF/RQF, candidates are also eligible for direct entry into the 3rd year of Bachelor’s degree programs.
